L’Associazione Italiana Coltivatori è onorata di presentare questa originale quanto utile pubblicazione del dott. Rodolfo Teti.

     “Esagonlandia: il mondo delle Api”, mai titolo fu più appropriato, è un lavoro frutto di un incredibile connubio, una grande passione verso il meraviglioso mondo delle Api unita ad un atto di impareggiabile sensibilità verso i ragazzi e i bambini, che solo un pedagogista esperto apistico poteva avere.

     Esagonlandia non è solo una raccolta di poesie sul mondo delle Api, è qualcosa di più importante, è un atto di amore verso la terra d’Abruzzo, un richiamo all’ambiente, alla sua purezza, che è poi la purezza propria dei bambini di oggi che saranno gli uomini di domani.

     Questo lavoro è destinato alle scuole, proprio ai più giovani, perché possa essere ssione, magari in classe come un lavoro di gruppo, dove ognuno “ci mette il suo” per poter meglio cogliere tutti insieme un messaggio d’amore e di speranza.

     E’ un piccolo contributo, poi, alla valorizzazione del nostro territorio rurale e contadino, dei nostri prodotti più tipici che esaltano i segreti e i prodigi della natura: un contributo all’esaltazione di un settor, quello dell’apicoltura, in forte ripresa in Abruzzo, regione che oggi produce un miele che sempre più frequentemente vince i più importanti concorsi nazionali ed internazionali.

     Per tutto questo dobbiamo ringraziare il dott. Rodolfo Teti che con questa intuitiva ed to a tutti noi, non solo ai bambini, l’occasione di riflettere e di apprezzare il meraviglioso mondo che ci circonda, sia pure sotto un aspetto insolito ma senza alcun dubbio ancor più affascinante.

     The Association of Italian Cultivators is honored to present this unique as well as useful publication by Doctor Rodolfo Teti.

      There could never be a more appropriate title, Hexagonland:  The World of Bees.  This work is the product of an incredible fusion, that of great passion for the wondrous world of Bees together with unparalleled insight into the world of our youth, which only a knowledgeable bee educator could have. 

      Hexangonland is not only a collection of poems on the world of Bees.  It is something of greater importance.  It is a manifestation of love towards the land of Abruzzo, a call back to its nature, its purity, which is also the genuineness found in the youth of today who will be the adults of tomorrow. 

      This book is intended to be used in schools, even with the youngest of pupils, as reading material and the subject of reflection, perhaps in class as a group activity, where students put forth their thoughts and together assemble a message of love and hope. 

     This book also contributes in a small way to the development of our rural and farm territories, and the products they bear, exalting the secrets and the prodigies of nature.  This book gives due recognition to apiculture, a sector in strong revival in Abruzzo.  The Region of Abruzzo today produces a honey that wins with increased frequency the most important national and international competitions. 

      For all of this we must thank Doctor Rodolfo Teti.  With this intuitive and illuminating publication he has given to all of us, not only children, the opportunity to reflect and to appreciate the wondrous world that surrounds us, in a unique, and undoubtedly most captivating manner.
